Fenway Kenmore is a vibrant and historic neighborhood within Boston Massachusetts, named after the main parkway, Fenway, that runs through the city. Officially formed in the 1870s, Fenway Kenmore became an area known for higher education by the number of schools and universities drawn to the area. It was known to be home to a large student population, although in recent years, it is becoming more populated by young professionals and families drawn to the amenities and convenient location. The city boasts a population of well over 600,000 residents, with 40,000 living in the Fenway Kenmore area. It is part of the historic walkable Freedom Trail that runs throughout the city, offering daily tours.
The Museum of Fine Arts is one of the largest museums in the United States, welcoming thousands of visitors per year and opened its doors in 1870. One bedroom properties of this level start at $900,000, with 2-3 bedroom properties costing upwards of $2,500,000.
